Join us and be among the first to taste through all 2023 Grüner Veltliners... Estate, Dolium, Green Lizard, and the first ever Grüner Veltliner fermented and aged in a $20,000+ Austrian crafted Oak Cask. This cask was built in Austria by the Schneckenleitner cooperage with oak sourced from the Mannhartsburg forest in the foothills of the Alps. This wine is unlike any Grüner Veltliner you've tried before... lush and complex with a subtle kiss of oak. This tasting will elevate your appreciation for the varietal and your understanding of how fermentation vessels (stainless steel, concrete, and oak) impact a wine.
